Most will tell you it’s best to harvest Mugwort during the full moon, & I will ☺️
But the world is never ever all light & love . Dark energies are NOT evil regardless of what you’ve read or been taught. People who understand the balance between the two make great healers . Everyone & I mean everyone has this balance within them, you carry a combination of female/male light/dark energy within. Learning to work with your shadow side is one of the greatest gifts a person can give themselves.

So I harvested the bottom branches of my beautiful Mugwort during the dark of the moon ☺️ these will be clearly marked , dried, processed specifically for “shadow” work .
I’ll harvest the rest of her in a couple weeks during the full moon .

The full moon pulls the pants healing properties up into the areas to be harvested

Harvesting during the dark moon is reserved for the bottom of the plant , the stem ,roots ,bulbs .
Dark moon / new moon energy pulls the medicine & plants energy down to it’s roots & lower branches.

There’s a lot more to learn about gardening & herbs & actually working with our Mother Earth instead of constantly fighting her or damaging her .
