How many others have been getting “Downloads”
Especially since early 2020?
( they’ve been happening to me forever but nothing like what’s been coming since 2020)
I don’t know what else to call them. ☺️ They can be small, & gentle or giant & a lot to process.
I’ve been getting both, normally for me they happen in my sleep,which doesn’t surprise me being a dreamwalker. I’ll wake up & it’s like someone dumped a spiritual encyclopedia of knowledge in me, & I’m spending the next few weeks or months ( depending on the size) processing the “Knowing” of this info. It’s not like a bunch of stuff I need to learn & figure out it’s more like over night knowing this info & applying it to different areas of my life or perhaps questions I might have.

I felt like I haven’t felt quite right since that health issue last Oct.
I couldn’t quite put my finger on it, I just know it felt like I couldn’t quite get the energy & momentum I had before that , I’m also taking into account that I pushed myself away to hard & that my body & spirit really needed winter to hibernate , rest & just recoup.
So…. Dr. Dream’s #Notasoundbath
Frequency healing session was the perfect timing for me on a very personal level, so I really gave it some thought & set intentions before even going in. I keep saying I just feel like I need a “reset”
I always feel great after attending one of their events, this time was no different I felt great & I must say the absences of terrible tinnitus that evening was AMAZING! of course that came back the following day & hasn’t quit! ( I have a theory about that but that’s a different post 😂)
I had MUCH less pain, & slept great!
Over the next couple days I’ll admit I was sort of “looking for results”
That was until 4 am, Tuesday March 19,2024 the dawn of the spring equinox.
I woke up & Indica was laying on me, stretched out perfectly on top of me from head to toe ( he tries but he’s a hair to short 😂) He normally sleeps curled up beside me or near me as long as he’s touching me. It’s rare for him to sleep like he was positioned , it does happen sort of on occasions but Even this was different!
Neither of us wanting to leave the Dream realm , neither quite ready to face reality just yet, but Grandma duties ( work) for the day beckoned me. It was in those in between moments of asleep & waking that I realized something was actually very different, very different indeed ☺️

Ps. I’ve always wanted to write an actual book , this might just be the start of that 🤷☺️
I know I’ve barely scratched the surface & there is SO much more to come ☺️ so stay tuned……
